Hi Daiana. Thank you for telling us about your trip: a group of 13, a full week in December, and a place that lives up to the occasion. We went straight to what works for a group your size — four options, each one a complete answer for all 13 of you.

One house
Casa Cangrejo Feliz is the one property where all 13 of you sleep under a single roof, with a full staff working inside the house.
Two apartments
Options 2, 3 and 4 pair two apartments rented together, always inside the same gated condominium. In Buildings B and D both apartments sit on the same floor, a few steps apart, so the group shares one landing.
All four
Every option sits on the water. Casa Cangrejo Feliz has its own private pool; the three apartment options are beachfront, with the pool and the beach among the shared areas.

Every total covers the full 7 nights for the whole group, in US dollars, and is confirmed at the time of booking.

What's next

Choose your option and write to us on WhatsApp. With your confirmation and deposit, we lock in your December dates that same day and send you everything in writing: property, dates, rate, and cancellation policy.

Deposit
50% of the total is paid within 7 days of booking, and that is what holds your dates. The exact amount for each option is shown on its card above.
Balance
The remaining 50% is paid at least 60 days before arrival — for December 3, that means by October 4, 2026. Both payments keep to their dates to hold the reservation.
Cancellation
Up to 60 days before arrival, the full amount paid is refunded, less a USD 200 cancellation fee per property — USD 200 for Option 1 and USD 400 for the options with two apartments. Within the 60 days before arrival, the booking is held as final, as are early checkouts.
Your dates
December 3 – 10 sits before the year-end season (December 15 to January 10), so your booking keeps the standard 60-day refund window described above.
Damage waiver
A damage waiver is included per property. It covers accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, so the group enjoys the house with complete peace of mind. We confirm the exact amount with you once you're ready to book.
House rules
Children are welcome in all four options. Every property is smoke-free and pet-free, and reserved for your group as guests rather than events.
